How do I return an item?

We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business.  If the item you received is not what you expected, doesn't fit or match, contact us at (888) 810-8016.

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Any upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.  In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase.   In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at (888) 810-8016 within 24 hours of delivery to get an RAN (Return Authorization Number); we will accept returns with a RAN number within 30 days of delivery.

Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified.   We also do not take returns on custom built or custom ordered products. 

Exchanges, credits and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees may apply.

In certain circumstances, a usage or restocking fee may apply.

For Stock Plus and Custom upholstery items, returns or exchanges are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect. If an order is canceled, a refund will be issued in the original form of tender.

Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
